Sony today confirmed that on June 12th, Metal Gear 4 day, a new Sony PS3 bundle will be released including the 40Gb PS3, a wireless controller, and a copy of Metal Gear Solid.
The creation of such bundles has proven a fine marketing move by Sony in recent years and the release of the Grand Theft Auto IV version last week was yet another step in this fine tradition.
However with the advent of MGS, Sony has a real chance to hit the XBox 360 where it hurts thanks to the exclusivity of the game on PlayStation only.
Keep your eyes peeled, make a note of the date, and of course (you shouldn’t need reminding) but pre-order your copy of Metal Gear (hurry to save £15 on the retail price)
